That day when I was down in the big smoke, I went to eat at Red Silk (again). This time I did not order any same o' same o' foods that I used to. I ordered Stir-fry Crocodile meat with XO sauce! It is quite nice!!!! Not like I've never eaten crocodile before, but this is not bad at all. The previous time was in Dragon Boat with other exotic meats.Anyway the meat tasted like chicken, while the texture felt a bit like fish. There were also some fishy taste to it. Go for it if you want something different for your lunch or tea.
