Xmas Comes Early This Year

Yesterday was rather hectic day. Early in the morning, I have had my first presentation..... It did not went according to what I planned for. It is the Honours student's presentations, where all of us are required to present our own project to everyone, and the presentation worth about 5 to 10 marks for our total Honours degree. Before it is my turn to present, I have these butterflies in my stomach. Can't seems to concentrate on Alicia's last presentation. All I heard are "paper and pulp", "MS-MS" and "they are good".

Then comes my presentation. I have cold sweat with smashing the pointer so that I can use the laser. Rather freaked out..... My introduction was a bit dodgy, but once I reach the methodologies section, I am already well off, because I know what I am doing by that time. After the presentation, I felt like I just the whole bomb away! Then I can really sit down and listen to what my fellow Honours students got to say. Hahahaha.

After presentation, I was kinda tired. But I need to rush my project so that I can incubate the microorganisms into the rotary incubator for the weekend. I know my supervisor is so desperate to go home, but because I need to continue with my project, she can't go back early. She is not pretty happy about at first and finally gave in.

I finished the experiment 1 hour earlier, scared she will becomes grumpy later on. Then comes dinner, which is a free dinner by Badminton Club. Then there was this Birthday party and the last party for the semester (as if). The party is the conjugation for Ken, Arjun and Varun's Bday. Booze were everywhere, and people were totally wasted after that. Luckily, thank god, I am not!!!!!! I start filling water into my beer bottle after 3 beer and 1 shot of Absinthe and 1 shot of Vodka......... This time I know how to control myself! Hahahaha. I keep on running away from one of my friends, because she heard that I will become very cute (=.=|||) when I am drunk......So been trying to make me drunk the whole nite, end up getting herself drunk. Sweat.......

Okay okay, back to my title. Why I put this title, when the first half of my entry totally unrelated to my title. Hahaha. Anyway, Jason Chan's (Hooi Yee's cousin) mom came over to Aus. AND she brought something nice with her when she comes over!!! TAU SAH PIAH!!!!!!! AND AND Jason gave 1 packet (5 of them) to me. Yippie!!!!!!!! Tau sah piah is flaky sweet of baked wheat with the filling of red bean paste. The most important thing is they are from HIM HEANG!!!!!! Oh God, those really bring back some memories!!!!! I ate them yesterday, after my presentation, and I felt like I was brought back to Heaven....... Hahahhaa. But I need to finish the tau sah piah by today, because the expire date is on the day before yesterday.
